Bloody Butcher Corn is the base grain for all of Jeptha Creed’s bourbons. It usually occupies the majority of the mash bill. So it is a bit of a change of pace to have it share equal billing with 2 other heirloom corns. However, that’s exactly what happens in the latest release from Jeptha Creed, their Red White & Blue Bourbon. This bourbon is a unique mix of 3 heirloom corns, each in the same amount.
