Tennessee whiskey brand Jack Daniel’s has released 2022 limited edition Twice-Barreled Special Release – an American single malt finished in Oloroso sherry casks as part of their Special Release series.
Jack Daniel’s 2022 Twice-Barreled Special Release American Single Malt is made with a 100% malted barley grain bill [the first time ever for the Tennessee whiskey distiller], matured in new, charred American white oak barrels for a minimum of four years, finished in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain, for two years, bottled at 53% to %3.9% alcohol by volume [106 to 107.8 proof] and is said to contain notes of caramel, chocolate, cocoa and vanilla.
Jack Daniel’s Twice Barreled Special Release American Single Malt is being made available across the USA for $70 per 700ml bottle.
