Johnnie Walker has launched “Bold Steps” – a promotional short film starring actress Simone Ashley – that aims to support Diet Paratha’s Family Tree Mentoring, which helps British South Asians seeking opportunities in creative industries.
The 27-year-old British-Indian actress Ashley, has starred in Netflix shows “Bridgerton” and “Sex Education” and is working on a remake of “The Little Mermaid” which is currently scheduled to debut later in 2023.
Johnnie Walker’s Bold Steps promotional campaign invites artists and designers to create a limited edition bottle design, with the winner of the competition receiving a cash prize and one-to-one mentoring – with the winning artist of the bottle design having their winning design placed on a Johnnie Walker Black Label bottling.
