Irish whiskey maker Waterford has released has a new single malt whiskey to their range called Cuvée: Argot – the first from the distillery to be made available globally.
Waterford Cuvée: Argot was matured in a quartet of casks: 37% first-fill US oak, 23% Vin Doux Naturel, 19% virgin American oak and 19% premium French oak.
Waterford Cuvée: Argot uses Irish barley by farm, with Waterford tracking how the barley was harvested, stored, malted, and distilled and is said to offer notes of almonds, bell peppers, fennel, grapefruit and white chocolate.
Waterford Cuvée: Argot is being made available at waterfordwhisky.com for $60 per bottle.
