Mellow and Merry Mule

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Four Roses Small Batch

2 oz cranberry juice

4 oz ginger beer

Splash of lime juice

Cranberries for garnish

Sprig of rosemary for garnish

Directions: Fill a glass with ice and add all liquid ingredients. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries.

Boasting a palate of light vanilla cream, caramelized sugar and the unmistakable spice of rye, we think Uncle Nearest Straight Rye Whiskey is the perfect choice. But your favorite rye is always the answer.

Here’s to another holiday season, raise your glasses and let the festivities begin!

Ingredients: 

1.75 oz Uncle Nearest Straight Rye Whiskey 

0.5 oz. Sorrel Hibiscus Liqueur

1 bar spoon Apricot jam

3 dashes Aromatic bitters

Orange peel for garnish 

Directions: Build all ingredients in a cocktail mixing glass and mix with a cocktail spoon until the jam is incorporated. Add ice and stir cold for 20 seconds. Fine stain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange swift.
