Newly founded Irish whiskey maker Clonakilty Distillery has added a new single malt – Galley Head – named after a nearby lighthouse to the coastal distillery.
Clonakilty Galley Head was finished in a pair of wine casks – one of which previously held a Bordeaux red – before being bottled at 40% alcohol by volume [80 proof].
Clonakilty Galley Head is being made available for $45 per 700ml bottle from the official website [clonakiltydistillery.ie].
