Newly resurgent Lowland distillery Bladnoch has released a 30-year-old single malt whisky aged in both Oloroso sherry and Moscatel casks.
Bladnoch 30-Year-Old was bottled at 45.5% alcohol by volume [91 proof] and is said to contain notes of almond, apricot, black pepper, nutmeg and orange.
Only a scant 950 bottles of Bladnoch 30-Year-Old are being made available for $1,120 per 700ml bottles via Bladnoch’s website and actual distillery site. Sales are limited to one bottle per person.

The GlenAllachie 30-year-old Cask Strength Batch 2 Single Malt Scotch Whisky was matured in both Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks along with a pair of charred and toasted American virgin oak casks, bottled at 50.8% alcohol by volume [101.6 proof] and is said to contain notes of coconut, coffee, date and orange.
Only 2,000 bottles of The GlenAllachie 30-Year-Old Cask Strength Batch 2 Single Malt Scotch Whisky are being made available for $755 per bottle.

Teeling 30-Year-Old limited edition single malt whiskey was matured in bourbon casks then spent an extra nine years in Sauternes wine casks before being bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] and is said to contain notes of fruit, oak and smoke.
Only 4,000 bottles of Teeling 30-Year-Old limited edition single malt are being made available from this month at Teeling Whiskey distillery in Dublin, before launching in the USA in January 2022 [where it will be available in California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York and Texas] for $2,200 per bottle.

The Dalmore 30 Year Old 2021 Edition was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in Graham’s 30 Year Old Tawny Port pipes, then bottled at 42.8% alcohol by volume [85.6 proof] and is said to contain notes of almond, orange and vanilla.
Only 1,318 bottles of The Dalmore 30 Year Old 2021 Edition are being made available exclusively from Harrods in the UK for $6,125 per bottle.
