Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, has temporarily closed due to severe flooding. Photos and full story about the distillery which remains closed through at least April 10, 2025, pending safety assessments as floodwaters have submerged buildings, parking lots, and vehicles on the property. The Kentucky River, which runs near the distillery, approached record-high levels, nearing the 48.5-foot crest recorded in December 1978.
